Family Vision Care Center is a locally owned eye care practice located in beautiful Saratoga Springs.

Founded by Dr. William Ling nearly 80 years ago, we continue to maintain the tradition of emphasizing professional service and quality eye-health care for the most precious gift--the gift of sight. In 1993, Susan Halstead joined Dr. Ling as an optician an then purchased the practice from him in 1997.
